Sher Ghazi is from the beautiful Hunza Valley . He received his MA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Peshawar in 2004. He has worked for the Peshawar Daily Express and FM107. He began reporting for Jazba-e-Tameer immediately after the October 8 th earthquake, and has been moved by the resilience of affected people. His favourite reports were about the destruction in Chakkar Valley , a city of great historical heritage in AJK, and a story about the illegal sale of relief goods in Mansehra, After his report, police checkpoints were established, and the sales were stopped. Sher is committed to using his skills to develop media and journalism in his home Valley of Hunza .

Ahmadullah Habibi, from Peshawar , completed his MA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Peshawar in 2005. Before joining Jazba-e-Tameer, Ahmed worked with the Daily Mashriq, the Daily News, Pushtoo Daily Khabroona and FM107. He was the first Jazba reporter on air and has since produced over 100 stories about the humanitarian situation and relief / recovery. His most moving reports include a feature about the discovery of a mass grave in Balakot, and an interview with a father who recalled hearing the fading cries of his children buried beneath the rubble of their home.

Nisar Aziz is from the remote valley of Dir , 120 km south of Peshawar in NWFP. He completed his MA in Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Peshawar in 2004. Before joining Jazba-e-Tameer, Nisar worked for the Nation newspaper. Nisar is drawn to cover the human element of the crisis, and was inspired by the story of a little girl who lost her family, but still dreamed of becoming a doctor in order to help others. As a reporter, he has encountered many people who are rebuilding their lives without government support, and he has found this exceptional.

Naveed Alam has always wanted to be a journalist. He completed his MA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Peshawar in 2005. He worked for Peshawar University Campus Radio for two years, served as organizing committee member of the Khyber Literary Club, and worked with the renowned Urdu newspaper Daily Jang. As a reporter for Jazba-e-Tameer, Naveed has visited every area affected by the earthquake. He loves working under the pressure of meeting difficult deadlines, and believes providing information to affected people is as important as other forms or aid.
